Miguel Pineda has been a coffee producer since 2000, who with the help of his close relatives is dedicated to carrying out maintenance, harvesting, coffee processing and drying activities.
It has a traditional wet mill with manual pulping machine, fermentation stacks for its natural process and the coffee drying process is carried out in a solar dryer.
